Reformer Pilates
Struggling with back pain or poor posture? Finding it hard to stay active? Feeling stiff, tired, or low on energy?
Our classes are designed to support your body, reduce pain, and improve overall strength
What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, resistance-based workout using the specialised reformer machine. Designed to improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall well-being, it's suitable for all fitness levels.
Our classes blend reformer-based movements with yoga-inspired flows and a variety of props, including weights, wooden sticks, balls, circles, resistance bands, foam rollers, and jump boards, to create dynamic, full-body sessions.
Reformer Pilates is especially beneficial for:
Pre- and postnatal clients looking to build core strength and stability
Athletes aiming to enhance performance, flexibility, and control
Individuals recovering from injury or managing conditions like back pain or low bone density
Our experienced instructors can tailor each session to your unique needs - helping you move better, feel stronger, and reach your goals safely.
